Danube Cruise Day 4: Prague to Budapest

A long tiring day as we traveled from beautiful Prague overland to board the boat at Budapest. As I expected, the scenery was not particularly photogenic. Besides, I rarely take pictures from moving vehicles.

We drove right through Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, where we will be in a couple days and stopped for lunch just over the Hungarian boarder. Goulash that melted in the mouth. Those are paprika peppers hanging from the ceiling.

An accident in a construction zone delayed us about an hour, so the sun had set by the time we arrived at the ship,

After dinner was the first concert with our Minnesota musicians. Here are Natsuki Kumagai on violin and Scott Cuellar on piano. Delightful!
